Sales Professional, Carolinas Team, Richmond VA base
Location: Field-based to cover North and South Carolina
and Virgina. Preferred home-base location of
Richmond, WA. Daily territory travel with some overnight.

experienced Sales Professional to join our
Carolinas Team.
We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in outside
sales and a customer-focused, solution-driven approach to cultivate
new and existing business with distributors, contractors,
architects, and other key influencers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth for ARDEX and Henry products by identifying and winning new business opportunities.
- Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, flooring/tiling contractors, general contractors, and architects.
- Conduct hands-on product demonstrations, presentations, and professional displays.
- Provide field service and support, including job start assistance, bid preparation, and distributor/installer training.
- Deliver technical recommendations and solutions, collaborating with ARDEX’s technical team.
- Exceed sales targets through proactive territory management and customer engagement.
- Represent ARDEX with professionalism and uphold the company’s reputation for exceptional standards and a 'customer first' approach.
