We are seeking an Office Assistant who will be responsible for a range of administrative responsibilities. This is a first shift position working 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:

  • On-boarding new service department employees and answer general questions
  • Serve as a liaison between management and employees
  • Schedule service calls and track and process jobs
  • Ensure all client interactions are logged and documented accurately
  • Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and gather necessary information
  • Attend industry specific job fairs for recruitment, HR seminars, and specific networking
  • Type documents, order parts, answer phone calls, and coordinate activities
  • Perform other duties as needed

Job Qualifications:

  • Must have a High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Must have 3 to 5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Trello, QuickBooks, and House Call Pro is a plus
  • Must be able to maintain and update database, spreadsheets, record keeping, and electronic mail
  • Must have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Must have basic math skills
  • Must have the ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize tasks
