About The Role
As the Office Administrator, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring the office environment is efficient, organized, and welcoming. You’ll support various executives, manage office supplies and facilities, and assist with administrative duties to help the team stay productive. This is an on-site five days a week position based in our Little Italy Cleveland office and reports to the Director of The Weiss Family Office and Foundations.
What You’ll Do
Supports the Director and Leadership by performing administrative duties included but not limited to:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate facility maintenance and liaise with building management
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage conference room bookings
- Assist with onboarding new employees (workspace setup, office tours, etc.)
- Support internal events, team-building activities, and office celebrations
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Provide administrative support to leadership as needed
- Place and set up of catering orders or office meal orders
- Answer phones, take messages or transfer calls/information to appropriate individuals
- Be a team player, working effectively with colleagues and internal clients at all levels
- Assist with booking travel as needed
- Perform related duties as assigned
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- High school diploma or equivalent
