About The Role
As an Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events that align with our business goals and enhance our brand presence. From corporate functions and product launches to community events and trade shows, you’ll play a key role in delivering seamless and engaging experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute corporate events, trade shows, product launches, and community initiatives
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and on-site setup
- Work closely with vendors, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution
- Develop and implement event marketing strategies, including social media promotions, email campaigns, and branding materials
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and negotiate contracts with vendors
- Oversee event registration, guest experience, and post-event follow-ups
- Analyze event performance metrics and provide insights for future improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance event strategies
- Represent the company professionally at events, ensuring a positive brand experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a related role
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
- Experience with digital marketing tools (social media, email marketing, CRM platforms) is a plus
