Description :
The Administrative Support Professional will be responsible for a variety of voice support and record-keeping duties for the Base Telecommunications System (BTS) at Los Angeles Air Force Base. This role is vital in ensuring efficient communication and accurate record management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain the installation telephone directory and associated database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provide Call Detail Records (CDRs) for investigations and respond to information inquiries while logging relevant details.
- Serve as the Work Center Manager for key Communications and Information Systems Installation Records (CSIRs), ensuring timely updates and annual reviews in compliance with TO 00-33A-1001.
- Generate monthly telephone billing reports and validate commercial vendor bills for accuracy.
- Coordinate TCO training and certification requirements to ensure compliance and readiness.
- Support technical assessments, interact with government agencies and commercial vendors, and conduct self-assessments to maintain compliance with AFI 90-201.
