Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
- Provide accurate information to inquiries about the company and its services
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing documents
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in using office management software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Viewpoint - Vista or other accounting software is a plus
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail

Pay: $20.13 - $25.25 per hour
