Join Our Team as a Contract Services Specialist!
Are you an analytical professional with a passion for contracts, compliance, and the energy industry? We’re seeking a Contract Services Specialist to support our cooperative by preparing, reviewing, and managing power and transmission agreements, member / customer contracts, and interconnection agreements.
Position located in Benson, AZ
Key Responsibilities :
- Draft, review, and analyze power and transmission agreements, operations & maintenance contracts, and regulatory documents
- Work closely with legal teams, technical personnel, and outside counsel to ensure compliance and contract integrity
- Manage document retention and contract updates in SharePoint and corporate records
- Track contract authorizations, notices, and terminations to ensure deadlines are met
- Represent the cooperative in committees, task forces, and regulatory discussions
- Participate in special projects, risk management processes, and strategic contract negotiations
