Arizona Restaurant Supply, Inc. is the Southwest's leading supplier of commercial grade restaurant equipment, kitchen design, and installation. ARS is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to help administer commercial kitchen projects.
Position Summary: The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Project Manager in administrative aspects of commercial kitchen construction projects, including the oversight of submittal documents, equipment procurement, and equipment installation of each project assigned.
Essential Functions
- Oversee and ensure accurate invoices are completed monthly for each project; draft and process Change Order Requests and Requests for Information;
- Review contract documents for accuracy; support designated Project Managers for each project with any and all requests;
- Project job costing and reconciliation (and improving profitability on all projects);
- Confirm and request quotes for equipment to include some minor negotiations with manufacturers to attain better pricing and minimize freight costs by planning accordingly and combining orders;
- Write, submit and track requisitions for equipment
- Oversee and coordinate close out documents.

Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience in a Project Coordination role, specifically in the commercial kitchen industry preferred.
- Ability to learn new programs as needed.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication
This is a full time, hourly (non-exempt) position. Standard working hours are 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday - Friday.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
