Job Summary
As a Reservation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless guest experiences by managing short term rental (STR) reservations and providing exceptional customer service in the vacation rental industry.
Responsibilities
- Handle guest inquiries and reservations via phone and email.
- Utilize STR property management software (Streamline) to manage bookings and update guest information
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and preferences
- Provide information about local area, primarily East Valley
- Coordinate field staff and vendors
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or guest services REQUIRED
- Must have a computer with current OS and smart phone; high speed internet
- Familiarity with software phone systems and customer service principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially grammar and spelling
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Pass a background check
- Proficient in software usage such as spreadsheets, email and document editing
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
