The Benefits Specialist administers and maintains company benefits programs. They inform and guide employees and managers on benefit matters regarding eligibility, coverage and provisions.

1. Administers company benefit programs.
2. Research multiple sources for regulations, policies and procedures to maintain and support benefit programs.
3. Communicate with employees, managers and vendors on benefit matters including eligibility, coverage, policies, etc.
4. Work with vendors resolving employee issues.
5. Conduct audits of benefit data in different HR systems.
6. Provide data and reports as needed to administrate benefit programs.
7. Advises employees on more complex benefit issues.
8. Assist with special projects.
9. Performs other duties as assigned.
