Overview
Full Time Position open for Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher
Duties
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, dispatching service techs, assisting with billing cycles, answering phones, and various other duties that come up during the day to assist the Service Director. Must be willing to cross-train with all other office personnel.
This is a friendly workplace environment so customer service skills and a positive attitude is a must.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc). Typing skills are required.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Prior experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
