Full-time position
Compensation: $42,000 - $45,000 per year
Job Summary: Arkansas Support Network is seeking a Person-Centered Planning Specialist (PCPS) to join our team! In this position, you’ll serve as a project manager responsible for connecting different departments and individuals receiving services within the agency. You will oversee the Compliance and Regulations Department's improvement plans while incorporating the critical aspects of quality in human services, the tools and principles of the Charting the Life Course framework, and the principles of disability justice.

What You’ll Do:
- Build trust and collaborative partnerships with individuals receiving support and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee the implementation of the Compliance and Regulations Department's improvement plans.
- Conduct Charting the Life Course explorations as part of the project management process.
- Receive and process Specialty Support referrals as assigned.
- Identify available resources through research and networking.
- Complete Specialty Supports project processes as assigned.
- Create and nurture a culture throughout the organization that promotes Arkansas Support Network’s person-centered philosophy within its services.
- Stay abreast of best practices in the field and state funder requirements related to person-centered philosophy.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field.
- 1 year of project management experience.
- Spanish proficiency is required.
- Willingness to undergo training as specified. The individual hired for this role must complete a project management program and the Charting the Life Course Ambassador training within the first three months of employment.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, public speaking, and time management skills.
