This role can either be commission-based or base plus a lucrative bonus depending on the chosen candidate.

As a Talent Recruiter specializing in permanent placements, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Working closely with hiring managers and team members, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates, interviewing, and assisting with matching them with exceptional organizations. Your ability to build strong relationships, understand client requirements, and effectively match candidates with suitable opportunities will be essential to your success in this role. Other responsibilities include helping with event planning, data entry, client appreciation, and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with talent partners to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and proactively engage with passive candidates to build a strong talent pool.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring partners.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, including offer negotiations and onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to optimize recruitment processes and strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related Business degree highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with Linkedin Recruiter
- 5 years of sourcing/recruitment experience required in Accounting, Finance, HR fields or professional fields- permanenet placement/direct hire.
- Proven track record of success in agency recruitment
