Our Lead Customer Advisors work to develop and maintain rapport with our customers, vendors, service providers and staff. They are knowledgeable and can communicate the effects of different types of cannabis to customers clearly and effectively. Lead Customer Advisors maintain compliance with all state and company regulations, polies and procedures. Additionally, they make sure customers concerns and questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently and communicate customers’ requests and/or problems to management as needed. In addition to the duties of a Customer Advisor the Customer Patient Advisor provides training to new employees and is the point person for questions for the Patient Advisor team members.
- Train new hires on the roles and responsibilities of a Customer Advisor
- Direct daily activities and focus for the team of Customer Advisors
- Point person for Customer Advisors while on shift/on floor
- Assist patients in a customer-facing, intimate retail environment
- Utilize product and consumption-method knowledge to successfully recommend a safe and effective regimen suited to each patient’s specific needs
- Utilize POS system to review inventory, checkout customers, and conduct returns and exchanges.
- Provide necessary support to management team to ensure retail store operations run smoothly, properly and in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations, including: daily activities, maintenance, and patient information for any reported issues and/or complaints
- Promote a work environment that is positive, communicative, patient-oriented, and compliant
- Perform other duties as requested by management
- Must be 21 or older
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check annually
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to perform the following physical tasks: sitting, standing, stooping, stretching, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, performing repetitive motions, and carrying boxes.
