They are a boutique financial planning firm who serve high net worth individuals, business owners, and professionals. Their office places a premium on teamwork and delivery of exceptional client service. The Client Service Associate supports the Advisor in all aspects of the business. If you are analytical, a self-starter who puts a premium on accuracy, follows-up on details, you would be a fit for this role. Initiative, quality and loyalty will be rewarded.
Major responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
- Mailings
- Client reception and service
- Managing calendars and appointments
- Tracking logs
- Licensing
- Filing
- Phone Coverage
- Prepare monthly reports for management review
- Keep client information updated accurately on our internal database
- Other general administrative duties, as assigned
