Our client located in Woodstock, IL is seeking an Human Resources Manager to join their team! (Onsite Daily)
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a solo HR contributor to develop the HR infrastructure
- Development of performance management program and compensation strategy
- Management of all employee relation issues and investigations
- Oversee the recruitment process, onboarding and compliance
- Manage safety programs, worker’s comp, training and development
- Put in place retention strategies and engagement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, with 7 years of previous HR experience
- Previous experience putting HR infrastructure in place desired
- Previous experience in a multi-state environment including California
Salary: $90K - $100K
