Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join their team at our Hoffman Estates location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the payroll team on prevailing wage and certified payroll compliance.
- Maintain accurate records on wage determinations, fringe benefit allocations and overtime calculations.
- Analyze and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Oversee certified payroll reporting.
- Manage a team of 2-4 payroll specialists.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; 5 years of previous payroll experience preferred.
- 2 years of supervisory experience required.
- Experience with ADP payroll software required.
About the Role:
This role involves working onsite daily with flexibility to work from home 2 times a month.
