The Production Support Coordinator role is all about keeping our operations running efficiently. This position bridges the gap between installers, project managers, and the shop team, making sure materials, equipment, and job sites are prepped and organized. Your work ensures our installers can focus on quality craftsmanship, leading to faster project completion and satisfied customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with setting up and breaking down job sites, ensuring crews have what they need to work efficiently.
- Load, unload, and transport materials between the shop and job sites.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in working order and available when needed.
- Work with project managers to keep jobs on schedule, adjusting plans as needed.
- Provide an extra set of hands-on projects as needed, without taking the lead installation role.
- Help organize the shop, prepare metal fabrication materials, and assist with inventory management.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in construction, roofing, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
- A valid driver's license (This requirement is necessary for job-related travel and company operations.).
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (50 lbs) and work in physically demanding environments.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Not afraid of heights, this is a must!

- Competitive salary at $60,000 to $70,000 per year, based on experience.
