Qualifications

Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a District Manager or Area Manager in the automotive or similar retail industry
- Experience effectively managing, training, and coaching managers and staff
- Experience increasing revenue and efficiency
- Experience improving processes and process adherence
- A self-starter who is productive and can work independently
- Leadership mentality and growth mindset
