Job Description
This RN Step Down position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care to patients on the step-down unit
- Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- BLS certification is mandatory
- Nursys license verification within 30 days prior to start is required
- State License Verification within 30 days prior to start is also required
- Arnot Skills Checklist must be completed
- Arnot Core Competency Exam must be passed with 80% or higher
- ACLS certification is essential
- 8 Hours of Stroke Training is necessary
