We're looking for a Sales Trainer to join our team! This position is based onsite in our Miami office.
Are you a charismatic and passionate teacher with the energy to inspire others to succeed? We are looking for a dynamic Sales Trainer to motivate, educate, and engage our remote sales team across the United States. This team is responsible for making 200 calls daily, and your mission is to equip them with the tools and techniques to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. In addition to mastering sales techniques, you’ll train the team on our luxury scented diffuser product line, financing program, and strategies to overcome customer objections. What You’ll Do
- Engage and Inspire: Deliver high-energy, interactive virtual training sessions that captivate remote employees and keep them engaged from start to finish.
- Teach Our Product Line: Provide in-depth training on our scented diffuser product line, ensuring the team can confidently communicate product benefits, features, and the unique value of our offerings.
- Simplify Financing Programs: Train team members to effectively explain and sell our financing program to customers, simplifying the process and addressing customer concerns.
- Overcome Customer Objections: Equip the team with proven techniques to handle objections, build trust, and confidently close deals.
- Create Interactive Training Content: Design dynamic and engaging materials, including role-playing scenarios, multimedia presentations, and quizzes to ensure learning sticks.
- Onboard New Hires: Lead onboarding programs to integrate new team members into our company culture and prepare them for success.
- Master Salesforce Training: Ensure team members are proficient in Salesforce CRM, teaching them how to manage leads, track sales pipelines, and boost productivity.
- Evaluate and Refine: Continuously assess training program effectiveness using feedback, performance metrics, and team input, making improvements where needed.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with sales managers and leadership to align training with company objectives and identify areas for development.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with industry best practices, Salesforce updates, and innovative training tools to deliver cutting-edge programs.

What You Bring To The Table
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, with a focus on training remote teams.

- Experience with luxury or high-value products is a plus.
- Proficiency in virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Articulate).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Communications, or a related field preferred.
