AMHC is seeking a team-oriented Administrative Support Specialist for our Saint John Valley Outpatient Offices. This Full-Time position will collaborate with the outpatient team to provide essential support to clinical staff, ensuring smooth operations and excellent care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Coordination & Scheduling: Work with AMHC providers to schedule client care, demonstrating compassion, respect, and commitment to service.
- Billing & Financial Management: Assist with daily tracking in collaboration with internal and external departments.
- Record Management: Ensure the accuracy of electronic records by running reports and maintaining organized files.
- Inventory & Filing Control: Help with filing and inventory, ensuring efficiency in office operations.
- Staff Orientation Support: Assist with new staff orientation, upholding the values of integrity and teamwork.
