Job Description:
- Develop and maintain strong rapport with contract employees at client sites.
- Follow up on employee requests, concerns, and inquiries.
- Monitor absences and tardiness, and delegate requests to appropriate contacts for resolution.
- Investigate employee-reported issues and policy violations, collaborating with internal teams to determine solutions.
- Document all conversations, investigations, and actions taken in the internal system.
- Facilitate terminations unless otherwise instructed by the internal Human Resources team.
- Assist with drafting written communications on policy updates, reminders, event details, and project incentives.
- Reduce turnover and absenteeism through effective mentoring and coaching of employees.
- Ensure immediate follow-up on significant attendance violations.
- Provide input on evaluations and performance reviews as applicable.
- Act as a liaison with the Human Resources department and clients regarding work-related injuries, co-employment, and risk issues.
- Work on various projects as assigned by management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
- Ability to handle and resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
