PROJECT ASSITANT

Responsibilities

The Project Assistant will provide support to the Project Managers ad Superintendents administrating the supply of materials and equipment needed for project

This includes setting up the projects and handling them from start to finish

Making sure that all contract documents / drawings (including : out for approval, back from approval and issued for construction) are logged and printed and make it to the corresponding party whether by email, courier or in person

Billing for projects per contractor requirements and keeping up with a Schedule of Values (SOV) for each project as well as collecting funds when due

Assist Project Managers with Change Orders, Shipping Tickets and Material Needs

Provide the Project Managers with document status (i.e. change orders, drawings and payment status, etc.)

Perform closeout of contracts, finalize outstanding contract issues, issue of final modifications, invoices and coordinate completion of project

Assist with other administrative & operational functions as time allows
