$70,000 – $90,000

The Recruiting Coordinator will assist with interview scheduling and logistics, managing candidate and external search firm correspondence, and sourcing candidate pipeline as needed. This role will provide a great foundation for growth in the recruitment field.
Responsibilities
- Support recruiting team in managing all stages of the candidate lifecycle – resume review, applicant tracking system data input and updates, interview scheduling, interviewer feedback follow-up, and other related tasks
- Develop relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers across the firm
- Support the recruiting team’s brand internally by maintaining a strong client service approach, attention to detail, and thoughtful communication
- Manage complex and varied scheduling processes, which can involve several rounds of interviews, various assessments, travel booking, and a broad array of the firm’s team member schedules
- Support recruiting projects such as market compensation data collection and review, summer program planning and execution, and process optimization
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1 years of professional experience
- High level of initiative with a focus on customer service, quality, and process improvement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with an ATS is a plus
- Experience supporting recruiting efforts for technology-focused profiles is a plus
