Passionate about people and culture? The Corporate Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is someone who can support Arrow's philosophy, mission and goals. Your role will help execute people plans that closely support our organization's goals. You will serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to both employees and organizational leaders. The business partner will be a point of contact to organizational leaders on issues impacting all facets of HR, including employee relations, employee engagement and performance management. The HRBP will work with assigned business leaders in a strategic, proactive and collaborative manner.
Essential Job Duties
- High degree of labor relations and working closely with Union
- Conduct investigations in a prompt manner, ensuring a fair and consistent approach to resolution.
- Work closely with leaders to set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing and direct feedback.
- Partner with business resources and HR leadership team to identify, diagnose and suggest remedial actions to strengthen employee retention.
- Utilize HRIS system to provide timely reporting and analytics as required/requested; analyze key HR metrics and data to identify trends and develop strategies to improve organizational performance.
- Remain current in all federal, state and relevant jurisdictional labor and employment law developments; suggest policy change or policy creation as needed
- Support talent initiatives, including succession planning, performance management and employee development.
Position Requirements
- 5 years of HR Business Partner experience
- Experience with working with Unions and labor relations
- Demonstrates track record of success of supporting and effectively influencing leaders to implement and execute upon their proactive people strategy, including established routines and mechanisms that contribute to this success.
- Adept at advising employees and leaders on employee relations issues that range in complexity.
- Demonstrated expertise as a talent consultant.
- Experience with both quantitative and qualitative data to develop and iterate their people strategies
- Proven ability to manage priorities, adapt when necessary and subsequently lead others through complex organizational changes
- Undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or other relevant field preferred
- Previous experience providing HR support in a union environment is a plus.
Compensation Range: $75,000 - $105,000 Annually
