Job Title : Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Salary Range : $90K - $120K Bonus
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) :
- Provides all HR services to assigned client group(s) in alignment with HR and organizational strategy, business and operational priorities, and financial objectives.
- Implements HR policies with advanced technical and functional expertise as an experienced generalist by partnering with business operations to understand business needs and objectives and resolve HR issues.
- Interprets and resolves matters including, but not limited to, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and organizational development, staffing and talent management, and HR and workforce policies.
- Coaches and counsels employees and all levels of management on issues guided by the Company's policy and employment / labor law regulations.
- Performs investigations, obtain facts and details, and resolve matters concerning employee / management inquiries and employee suggestions and / or complaints.
- Coordinates employee transfers, conduct exit interviews, and provide recommendations for corrective actions and / or improving employee relations issues.
- Assists and advises management in formal discipline up to and including termination of employees.
- Ensures compliance with Company policies and guidelines, and applicable laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.
