What You’ll Do
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with electric cooperatives, IOUs, municipalities, and private contractors
- Travel throughout the region to meet with prospects and existing clients, building relationships and identifying upcoming needs
- Work closely with operations to develop practical, field-ready proposals and bids
- Lead outreach efforts, manage pipelines, and develop strategies to position Arrowhead Line as a trusted partner in the utility services sector
- Represent Arrowhead at industry events, regional association meetings, and client site visits
- Maintain a deep understanding of project cycles, utility procurement processes, and field constraints to ensure realistic and competitive offerings
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the powerline services industry (field, project management, estimating, or related roles)
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relations, ideally in powerline services
- Comfortable managing relationships across technical field teams and executive-level decision-makers
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Kansas, and surrounding areas
- Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
- Familiarity with electric cooperatives, investor-owned utilities, and their purchasing processes
