Job Description: As an Operations Manager in Training, you'll be responsible for leading daily operations to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role involves hands-on responsibility of multiple business operations, including retail stores, fuel, restaurants, fresh kitchens, and truck care. You'll work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
