Job Overview
We’re seeking a proactive, organized leader to oversee our studio staff, ensure smooth daily operations, and maintain a positive, structured work environment. This role includes checking in with teachers to ensure curriculum is on track, keeping the curriculum slideshow updated, and providing accountability for lesson delivery and staff responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage staff schedules and coordinate shift coverage
- Check in with teachers to ensure curriculum stays on track
- Maintain and update the curriculum slideshow weekly
- Hold staff accountable for lesson preparation and task completion
- Onboard, train, and support instructors and assistants
- Ensure staff follow studio policies and procedures
- Address and resolve employee concerns professionally
- Assist with staffing needs for workshops and events
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staff management, team leadership, or education
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and people management abilities
- Ability to provide accountability and constructive feedback
- Passion for arts education
