Bachelor’s degree with a focus in, Supply Chain, Business, Planning or related field
Min of 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, business, planning or related fields is strongly preferred.
Advanced skills in SAP Purchasing module, Tableau and Excel
Creative and analytical problem solver who will proactively research and drive E2E solutions
Proven ability to communicate complex topics and concepts (verbal and written) to a wider and diverse audience, to influence and motivate many areas of the organization.
Collaborative approach to gathering input from multiple stakeholders and creating alignment.
Ability to work cross functionally and cross culturally to drive results.
Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and flexibility within a matrix organization
Work comfortably and independently in an environment of ambiguity
Ability to lead and prioritize multiple tasks and deliver against deadlines.

s product to create their own personalized designs. We are looking for an Order Fulfilment Analyst to join our Footwear Customization Operations team within Product Supply Chain. This role will be making changes for the NBY Business in how we operate using data and analytics to drive decisions across functions that serve as a foundation for operational excellence. You will work with cross functional teams in Beaverton, Europe and Asia. These teams include, Manufacturing Engineers, Supply Managers, Factory Partners,
Direct Digital Commerce, Consumer Services, Transportation and technology.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As the
By You Order fulfilment analyst you will act as the End-to-End subject matter expert for the
By YOU Footwear customization supply chain, reporting to the Operations & Performance Management Senior Manager.
Leading and improving
By You operational work which includes,
By YOU launches & product drops
Working with our
By You teams and external partners to improve speed, cost and manufacturing capacity
Obsess about on time shipment and on time consumer deliveries, analyse data and resolve benchmark misses to elevate E2E performance
Acting as the liaison between
business, technology and our factory partners
Driving
By YOU business success with an emphasis on operational excellence to deliver a premium digital experience to our consumers
Defining best practices within
By You and across
using a data-based approach
Presenting data-based impact assessments with possible trade off scenarios to Senior Leadership
