A curious mentality and a mind set to continuously improve operations in support of client within our client End-to-End supply chain are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree with a focus in, Supply Chain, Business, Planning or related field
- Min of 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, business, planning or related fields is strongly preferred.
- Advanced skills in SAP Purchasing module, Tableau and Excel
- Creative and analytical problem solver who will proactively research and drive E2E solutions
- Proven ability to communicate complex topics and concepts (verbal and written) to a wider and diverse audience, to influence and motivate many areas of the organization.
- Collaborative approach to gathering input from multiple stakeholders and creating alignment.
- Ability to work cross functionally and cross culturally to drive results.
- Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and flexibility within a matrix organization
- Work comfortably and independently in an environment of ambiguity
- Ability to lead and prioritize multiple tasks and deliver against deadlines.
WHO WILL YOU'LL WORK WITH
We are looking for an Order Fulfilment Analyst to join our Footwear Customization Operations team within Product Supply Chain. This role will be making changes for the client Business in how we operate using data and analytics to drive decisions across functions that serve as a foundation for operational excellence. You will work with cross functional teams in Beaverton, Europe and Asia. These teams include, Manufacturing Engineers, Supply Managers, Factory Partners, Direct Digital Commerce, Consumer Services, Transportation and technology.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
As the client Order fulfilment analyst you will act as the End-to-End subject matter expert for the client Footwear customization supply chain, reporting to the Operations & Performance Management Senior Manager.
