Job Title : Order Entry Specialist
Location : Norco, CA 92680
Duration : Estimate 3 months Contract
Pay Rate : $22.00 to $23.00 per hour on W2
Schedule : 6 : 30 AM-3 : 00 PM Monday through Friday
Main Duties and Responsibilities :
- Enter all department orders, verify pricing and Minimum order quantities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Provide delivery information.
- Maintain customer database.
- Follow up with customer interactions.
- Process EDI (electronic) orders, resolve any rejections
- Maintain customer service email box and distribute emails
