Job Title : Order Entry Specialist

Location : Norco, CA 92680

Duration : Estimate 3 months Contract

Pay Rate : $22.00 to $23.00 per hour on W2

Schedule : 6 : 30 AM-3 : 00 PM Monday through Friday

Main Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Enter all department orders, verify pricing and Minimum order quantities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Provide delivery information.
  • Maintain customer database.
  • Follow up with customer interactions.
  • Process EDI (electronic) orders, resolve any rejections
  • Maintain customer service email box and distribute emails

Education and Experience :

  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications.
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures.
