What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at Artee Fabrics and Home?
Duties* - Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness - Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings - Handle incoming calls and correspondence with stores - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Manage calendars and schedule appointments - Will handle wholesale orders from clients/designers - Help in fabric selections for various furniture upholstery projects. Must also manage and run the sales floor.
*Skills* - Proficient in phone etiquette and communication skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules effectively -Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent clerical skills for maintaining office records - Interior Design knowledge is also a plus.
