Production Manager

Artful Home is looking for a team player, who appreciates what we do, to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting team members in the procurement and execution of manufacturing and production styles and supporting apparel design in the development of samples for proprietary, seasonal clothing collections for five seasons annually to achieve organizational KPIs and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities include :

• Coordinate timing on the fit process to ensure detailed notes and TP are kept and shared with full package factories,
• Coordinate and manage the tracking of all PP samples and approvals.
• Work closely with Design to ensure fabrics / trims, washes, and all pre-production processes are approved for production in a timely manner.
• Perform daily tracking of WIP and in transit to ensure timely delivery according to development calendar. Maintain WIP, follow up with factories, and distribute status reports weekly.
• Manage all raw materials purchasing, tracking of ownership of fabric and any excess raw materials.
• Negotiate all pricing to ensure profitability. Track all pricing and maintain accurate costing records to ensure margin goals are consistently met.
• Work with factories to prepare production schedules and cost estimates, issue purchase orders and keep WIP progress up to date.
• Manage all email communication with factories and suppliers to ensure the standards and on time delivery is maintained.
• Create, revise and maintain all Purchase Orders for production, transmitting to factories.

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
