About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Trauma Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the orthopedic trauma market within the Indiana & NW Kentucky market. This role reports to our Director - Foot, Ankle & Trauma and requires a passion for orthopedics, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals.Work Location

Ensuring that each territory meets and exceeds their individual Trauma sales targets.Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to penetrate the local orthopedic trauma market.Establishing and nurturing relationships with residency and fellowship programs to drive product adoption, utilization, and brand awareness.Coordinating and participating in continuous training and development programs to stay updated on product knowledge, surgical techniques, and industry trends.Training and mentoring sales representatives on new products, surgical techniques, and sales strategies. (You should never fret over taking a phone call before or after hours.)Collaborating closely with the Product Leadership Team to align strategies and achieve organizational goals.Regularly analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.Maintaining meticulous records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.Exuding passion and enthusiasm for Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better.What Does It Take
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical device sales, specifically within orthopedics or orthopedic trauma field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers.Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned market.Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.Valid driver's license and clean driving recordCommitment to continuous learning and professional development.The ability to lift 35 pounds or more as required for product demonstrations and training sessions.Ability to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of information; protecting the assets of the organization; acting with ethics and integrity; reporting non-compliance; and adhering to applicable federal, state & local laws and regulations, accreditation & licensing requirements.Benefits
