In the US, ADL has offices in Boston, New York, and San Francisco and has increased its revenues and staff by 400% since 2019. ADL has made the decision to dramatically increase its investments and plans for growth in the US market. ADL is planning for a doubling of its US business within the coming 2 years through a combination of expansion in existing practices and the addition of teams in additional industry practices. As ADL continues to grow, we are looking for experienced consultants to join the US team.

Proximity to one of our three offices (Boston, San Francisco, or New York) is required (offices in Detroit and Atlanta anticipated for 2025). This role is hybrid, with a suggested 2–3 days in the office; however, flexibility is available on a case-by-case basis.

We are hiring for experienced consultants, a background in data science and strategy is preferred.
Consultant Role :
- Plan and conduct analyses of market trends and client issues, organize findings, and formulate recommendations.
- Build compelling presentations conveying key messages in a clear way.
- Present your recommendations with poise and confidence to senior client audiences.
- Assist other members of the team to ensure assignment success.
- Leverage data analytics and data-driven insights to enhance strategic recommendations.
- Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, market research, and client relationship-building initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of our US consulting operations by supporting activities such as recruiting and intellectual capital development.
