What You’ll Do:
- Develop New Business: Prospect new clients through outreach, networking, and lead generation.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate strong partnerships with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver solutions.
- Present & Pitch: Confidently present our staffing services to business leaders in a clear, solution-oriented way.
- Collaborate with Recruiters: Work closely with our recruiting team to ensure clients are matched with top talent.
- Manage Accounts: Maintain communication with current clients, ensuring satisfaction and exploring opportunities for additional support.
- Strategic Growth: Contribute to sales strategy, track activity, and help identify trends and new market opportunities.
- Attend Networking Events: Represent the company at local networking events, job fairs, chamber functions, and other professional gatherings—both during and after business hours—to grow your connections and strengthen our brand in the community.
