We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Business Development / Sales Manager to join our growing staffing company. This role is essential to our mission of connecting great people with great opportunities. Whether you bring years of experience or just a strong work ethic and the willingness to learn—we’re open to both! What matters most is your passion for helping businesses grow and your ability to connect with people.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop New Business: Prospect new clients through outreach, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate strong partnerships with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver solutions.
  • Present & Pitch: Confidently present our staffing services to business leaders in a clear, solution-oriented way.
  • Collaborate with Recruiters: Work closely with our recruiting team to ensure clients are matched with top talent.
  • Manage Accounts: Maintain communication with current clients, ensuring satisfaction and exploring opportunities for additional support.
  • Strategic Growth: Contribute to sales strategy, track activity, and help identify trends and new market opportunities.
  • Attend Networking Events: Represent the company at local networking events, job fairs, chamber functions, and other professional gatherings—both during and after business hours—to grow your connections and strengthen our brand in the community.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to learn and grow—industry experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to build trust, listen actively, and deliver solutions
  • Previous B2B sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and basic computer proficiency
  • Comfortable attending and engaging at in-person networking events (sometimes outside of normal office hours)
  • A genuine interest in staffing, recruiting, and helping people succeed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus opportunities
