Responsibilities
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Manages core HR functions including employee records, organizational structures, and payroll integration.
- Learning: Supports employee training and development through online courses, certifications, and learning management systems.
- Succession and Development: Identifies and develops future leaders within the organization to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- Compensation: Manages employee salary structures, bonus programs, and rewards to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Onboarding: Streamlines the process of integrating new employees into the organization with tasks like documentation, training, and introductions.
- Performance and Goal Management: Tracks and evaluates employee performance while setting and managing goals and objectives.
- Recruitment: Manages the process of attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new talent into the company.
