Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Consultant to join our team for an onsite role in Wilmington, DE or Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Learning, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance Management, and Talent Management. The candidate will play a critical role in implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP SF solutions for Global HR processes, HCM, and employee data management.
The role requires a strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Talent Hybrid, as well as experience working with Global HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and drive organizational success.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including employee data management.
- Handle Learning Management, Succession and Development, and Compensation modules.
- Manage the Onboarding process and configure systems to ensure seamless candidate transition.
- Drive Performance and Goal Management by configuring and maintaining performance management processes.
- Implement and support Recruitment Management within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Ensure data accuracy and manage Global HR processes using SAP SF.
- Support and streamline Human Capital Management (HCM) processes across the organization.
- Optimize Performance Management workflows and provide technical support to HR teams.
- Integrate SAP SF Talent Hybrid solutions to support seamless talent management.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align system configurations with organizational goals.
