The ASK? Client is looking for an experienced SAP HCM SF Consultant to perform solution designs, functional testing, best practice recommendations, functional leadership, and guidance.
Skills and Experience_
- Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors global assignments configuration and data migration
- Experience with international employee data handling and cross-border transfers
- Proven track record of successful data migrations in SuccessFactors hybrid implementations
- Understanding of SAP ECC Payroll data structures
- Familiarity with data migration, SAP integrations, and system troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients.
- SuccessFactors certification (preferred).
Responsibilities_
- Functional analyst will work independently to resolve complex issues and suggest alternative approaches.
- Create functional solutions and architecture documents, artifacts, work products and presentations.
- 10 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong expertise in Employee Central and at least one other SuccessFactors module.
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules based on client needs.
- Partner with HR teams to gather requirements and develop best-practice solutions.
- Provide expertise in data migration, integration, and system optimization.
- Conduct training sessions and provide post-implementation support.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues and ensure high system performance.
