Experience Requirements
5 years of experience in operations or staffing management, preferably within the light industrial sector.
Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
Experience in building and maintaining client relationships with a focus on long-term partnerships.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and workplace safety standards relevant to the light industrial industry.
Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related field is required.
Additional certifications such as Certified Staffing Professional (CSP), SHRM-CP, or process improvement credentials (., Lean, Six Sigma) are preferred but not mandatory
