About the Role – Recruiting Coordinator
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Talent Acquisition Team by streamlining processes, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. You’ll be the link between Recruiting, Onboarding, and Credentialing, helping to build a strong workforce dedicated to improving community health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting Support – Post job openings, track applications, and monitor job board performance
- Offer Management – Draft offer letters, process employment agreements, and follow up with candidates
- Onboarding Coordination – Work with Onboarding & Credentialing to ensure a seamless new hire experience
- Candidate Sourcing – Leverage job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to build a strong talent pipeline
- Pre-Screening – Assist in evaluating candidates to ensure the best fit for our team
- Event Coordination – Organize recruitment events, job fairs, and trade shows
- Market Research – Stay informed on labor market trends to enhance recruitment strategies
What You Need to Succeed:
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- 2 Years of Administrative Experience (HR/Recruiting experience preferred)
- Familiarity with ATS & HRIS Systems (Preferred but not required)
- Strong Communication & Organizational Skills
