Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data from various sources, including web analytics, social media, and marketing automation platforms.
- Design and build dashboards and reports that offer clear insights into marketing performance.
- Develop data-driven strategies to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Identify trends and segment audiences based on customer data.
- Monitor and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, offering actionable insights to enhance outcomes.
- Prepare and present analytic reports to stakeholders, ensuring data is easy to interpret.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaign strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics.
- Implement and optimize URL tracking pixels to monitor and analyze the effectiveness of digital advertising and email marketing campaigns, enabling precise attribution of traffic sources and campaign performance.
- Configure and manage UTM parameters for URL tracking, ensuring accurate tracking of source, medium, and campaign data across multiple platforms (Meta ads, Google ads, LinkedIn ads, etc.)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, CRM tools).
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to improve marketing performance.
- Experience with data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and metrics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.
