Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients to establish treatment goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices and client needs.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities.
- Monitor and document client progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
- Stay current with industry trends and developments in mental health treatment.
- Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Must hold a current state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Strong understanding of various therapeutic techniques and interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a therapeutic alliance with clients.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
