Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, or group therapy sessions.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Accurately document client interactions in our EHR system.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and Maryland COMAR standards.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Active Maryland license (LCPC, LCSW-C, LMFT).
• Experience working with mental health or substance abuse populations is preferred.
• Strong clinical and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with technology and electronic health record systems.
