FUEL Development Program
This intensive 3-year rotational program is an opportunity for identified talent to jumpstart their career as Ascends future leaders. Designed to broaden the operational knowledge of this multi-faceted company, participants rotate through three 1-year roles at any of our sites, even internationally. Learning from industry experts, managing value-added projects and engaging with business leaders, participants experience accelerated development into future leaders that become integral in the fueling of Ascends future growth and successes.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The FUEL Rotational Employee spends 3, one year rotations as a contributing team member and takes responsibility for key projects to enable process improvements, and to support business growth within a function or the assigned area. In this role, the employees rotates to a new job and location each year of the program. The objectives are to learn quickly, build relationships, make contributions, gain knowledge, deliver results, and develop oneself.

B.S. or M.S. degrees in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, material science & engineering, environmental engineering, polymer science and engineering
