As an SDR, you’ll play a critical part in driving our 2025 revenue goal. You’ll be at the forefront of our Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, inbound lead management, and event preparation, gaining invaluable experience with cutting-edge tools and processes.

The Role
As we continue to expand across the Americas, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. As an SDR, you’ll play a critical part in driving our 2025 revenue goal. You’ll be at the forefront of our Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, inbound lead management, and event preparation, gaining invaluable experience with cutting-edge tools and processes.
Your Impact
Account Based Marketing (ABM)
- Execute outbound ABM campaigns in collaboration with Marketing using tools like Hubspot and Amplemarket.
- Experiment with messaging tailored to different Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to optimize engagement and results.
- Handle all inbound leads across regions, ensuring a timely response.
- Conduct due diligence to qualify inbound requests as SQLs.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings for qualified leads with the respective Business Development (BD) lead by region.
- Set up and track all SQLs in Hubspot, ensuring detailed notes and proper tracking.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing operations teams to optimize reporting processes.
- Pre-event:
- Enrich attendee lists with detailed information on prospect companies, attendees, and contact details.
- Work with senior leadership to prioritize prospects.
- Refine and automate outbound messaging to high- and medium-priority prospects.
- Schedule meetings for respective BD leads with selected prospects.
- During the Event:
- Upload leads collected during the conference into Hubspot.
- Post-event:
- Send follow-up messages to medium- and low-priority leads.
- Assist BD leads with any additional follow-ups as needed.
- Proven experience in a sales development or similar role within a SaaS or technology-driven organization.
- Strong familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM platforms; experience with Amplemarket is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to test and refine messaging for various ICPs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Financial services or loyalty experience is a plus.
