- Conduct client intake calls with empathy and professionalism
- Schedule and participate in in-home assessments and caregiver introductions
- Help develop personalized service plans in collaboration with the RN
- Support recruiting efforts and assist with caregiver onboarding tasks
- Coordinate caregiver schedules and client visits efficiently
- Maintain accurate client data using our scheduling or HR systems
- Respond to urgent scheduling or client concerns when needed
- Accompany the administrator or RN on occasional outreach visits to facilities
- Scheduling experience strongly preferred (home care, healthcare, or staffing agency)
- At least 1 year of experience in home care, caregiving, or client coordination
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- A self-starter with a heart for purpose-driven work
- Comfort with systems like Gusto, BambooHR, Google Workspace (training provided)
- Reliable transportation and willingness to attend events or conduct field visits
- A heart to serve and a mindset rooted in faith, community, and family
