What are the responsibilities and job description for the HVAC Project Manager position at Ascendion?
We are a growing HVAC Company, looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager. Specifically, we are looking for someone with previous commercial experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from design to completion by communicating with and assisting technicians daily
- Tracks and controls project schedule and costs to make sure projects are completed on-time and within budget.
- Negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contracts
- Complete site evaluations at the end of each project to ensure project is completed to standard
- Create proposals to install new or replacement; upgrade HVAC systems.
- Prepare and submit weekly status updates on the progress of the project
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to travel locally as required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Salary : $80,000 - $140,000
